To reserve a coaching session, quarterly program, or weekend immersion, you must complete the designated contact form or send a direct email inquiry. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation, which will include specific details regarding date, time, location, and preparation requirements.
All prices displayed on this website are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service confirmation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments may result in cancellation of reserved services.
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled session qualify for a full refund or credit transfer to a future booking. Cancellations received between 24 and 72 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or one complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Participants in quarterly lifestyle programs may cancel with 21 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months already commenced. Upon cancellation, you retain access to any materials distributed during your active enrollment period.
All content present on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Lotte Bos or licensed content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
